What  you  need  to   know

HOW this WORKS

This option is for events happening soon, or if you want to lock something in ASAP!

Pay a $250 deposit to hold your date while we confirm the right DJ for your event. Your deposit is deducted from your final booking cost.

The deposit is refundable only if we are unable to supply a DJ or unable to secure the date of your event within 48 hours.

Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable

Once booked:

  • We confirm availability immediately

  • Match the right DJ for your event

  • Follow up via email to finalise all details

Performance Time

This hold is for a DJ for your entire event.

Performance time is finalised once your event is confirmed.

Your deposit paid is not the final cost.

Location

Valid for events between the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Towoomba, Gold Coast and Northern NSW

Travel within these regions is included.

Venue Requirements

A safe performance space, reliable power, and basic weather protection (for outdoor events) are required.

What your Deposit hold includes

Lock in your date with a refundable deposit.

This deposit goes towards your final booking cost and temporarily secures your event while we match the perfect DJ. Your hold includes:

  • A professional, DJ from Remia Ent.

  • Full setup, pack-down, and standard equipment

  • Music tailored to your event and crowd

  • On-the-night flexibility for requests and flow

Exact equipment, final details/any extras and final quote or payment are confirmed once your DJ is matched.

Booking and Payment

A $250 deposit is required to secure your date.


This deposit is deducted from your final agreed price. It is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, except where we are unable to supply a DJ or unable to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Changes and cancelations

Rescheduling: Every booking includes one free date change, subject to availability. Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your event.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees apply based on notice given:

Overtime

Additional performance time can be added on the night, subject to availability.

Charged at $200 per additional hour and paid directly to the DJ.

This is a provisional hold.

Your DJ and final details are confirmed shortly after booking.

Once booking has been made, ensure you check your junk emails. Confirmation is likely hiding there.
